Traditional plastic components require additional processes such as metal welding to achieve electrical functionality, making it difficult to achieve miniaturization and high precision. The LDS additive enables plastic components (such as mobile phone antennas) to attain electrical interconnect functionality directly through laser engraving and chemical plating, allowing the plastic products to achieve miniaturization and high precision.

  • Mixing and Granulation: Mix LDS-PBT with the target material and granulate using an extruder.
  • Direct Injection Molding: Mix LDS-PBT with the target material and directly injection mold the workpieces using an injection molding machine.
  • LDS-PBTcan be used with masterbatches, dyes, or pigments during extrusion granulation and direct injection molding.
